Live Racing to resume tonight at Woodbine Mohawk Park

MILTON, June 9, 2023 – Woodbine Entertainment has announced that live racing will resume this evening (June 9) at Woodbine Mohawk Park.

With the air quality health index for the Toronto and Milton area forecasted as ‘moderate-risk’ for Friday, June 9, Woodbine will proceed with live racing at Woodbine Mohawk Park. This decision is consistent with the guidelines the AGCO issued earlier this week.

Live Thoroughbred racing will also resume this afternoon at Woodbine Racetrack (Toronto, Ontario).

As of Friday morning, the air-quality health index is forecasted to further improve into Saturday. Woodbine will continue to monitor the weather forecast and provide any updates as required.

Post time for tonight’s card at Woodbine Mohawk Park is 7 p.m.
