The Pepsi North America Cup at Woodbine Mohawk Park is set to take place this Saturday night (June 13).
Any Media members interested in attending are asked to RSVP by Friday to Grace Martin – gmartin@woodbine.com.
Woodbine's Communications team is happy to help with any media/interview requests in the days leading up to the Cup. Please let us know if we can be of any assistance.
Below is the media information for NA Cup Night:
- New this year, the North America Cup Room will be the media work room. This room is located on the ground floor of the Grandstand, near the race office and the doors that exit towards the paddock.
- Media Credentials will be available for pick-up in the North America Cup Room from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Media arriving any later on Saturday are asked to contact Grace Martin (gmartin@woodbine.com).
- All credentialed Media will have paddock access.
- All credentialed Media can order a complimentary meal and drink from the paddock kitchen. Please show your credential when ordering.
- Any photographers/videographers shooting at trackside or in the winner’s circle must wear an orange vest, available upon check in.
- Race programs will also be available upon check in.
- Post Time is 6:30 p.m.
