Media Info for Pepsi North America Cup
Good afternoon,
The Pepsi North America Cup at Woodbine Mohawk Park is set to take place tomorrow night (June 15). Any media members interested in attending are asked to review the information below:
- RSVP to Mark McKelvie (mmckelvie@woodbine.com) your plans to attend.
- If you’re already contacted Mark, you do not need to RSVP again.
- Media Credentials will be available for pick-up at the Race Office (Main floor of Grandstand near the paddock) from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Any media arriving any later are asked to contact Grace Martin (gmartin@woodbine.com).
- The Media work area will be in the paddock kitchen. All media will have paddock access.
- All credentialed Media can order a complimentary meal and drink from the paddock kitchen. Please show your credential when ordering.
- Any photographers/videographers accessing shooting at trackside or in the winner’s circle will need to wear a vest. The vests can be picked up in the Paddock Kitchen from a box labeled “Media Vests”.
- Race programs and water will also be available in the Paddock Kitchen.
- Any questions throughout the night can be directed to Mark McKelvie (mmckelvie@woodbine.com) and Grace Martin (gmartin@woodbine.com).
If any media is arriving this evening, please contact Mark McKelvie if you would like to pick-up your credentials early.
