Post Position draw for Pepsi North America Cup set for Tuesday

MILTON, June 12, 2023 – The field for the 40th Pepsi North America Cup will learn their starting spots at a special luncheon Tuesday at Woodbine Mohawk Park.

The annual Pepsi North America Cup draw and luncheon will take place on the main floor of the Woodbine Mohawk Park grandstand beginning at Noon. Lunch will be served following the post draw in the Mohawk Harvest Kitchen.

All participants in this year’s race, plus those competing in any of Saturday’s stakes races, are invited to attend the luncheon.

The event will be hosted by Mark McKelvie with racing analyst and 2012 Cup winning driver Randy Waples providing instant reaction to the draw.

New this year, elimination winners (Christchurch, Confederate, Fulton, Its My Show) will draw for posts two through six. After the elimination winners receive theirs posts, the remaining names and post positions will be drawn.
