Prime Time Racing to Deliver Live Coverage of Canadian Pacing Derby & Maple Leaf Trot

MILTON, August 29, 2025 – Harness racing fans are in for a treat this Saturday night as Prime Time Racing goes live with exclusive coverage of two of Canada’s most historic races — the Canadian Pacing Derby and the Maple Leaf Trot — from Woodbine Mohawk Park.

The broadcast, produced by Cujo Entertainment, will air Saturday on YouTube and Woodbine Mohawk Park’s social feeds beginning at 8:30 p.m. (ET) and will be hosted by the trio of Mark McKelvie, Greg Blanchard and Jaimi MacDonald.

Prime Time Racing’s coverage will not only include the $690,000 Canadian Pacing Derby and $630,000 Maple Leaf Trot, but also a $90,000 Ontario Sires Stakes Gold for three-year-old pacing colts and a $60,000 Open Pace.

The Canadian Pacing Derby showcases the finest older pacers in North America, while the Maple Leaf Trot is a premier event for the best aged trotters. Both races boast rich histories and will feature record-setting elimination winners.

A replay of Prime Time Racing will air Tuesday on Game+ and throughout the month on Rogers TV channels across Ontario.

Post time for Saturday’s rich card at Woodbine Mohawk Park is 6:35 p.m.
