Watch & Wager on the Breeders’ Cup at Woodbine and across Ontario

TORONTO, October 30, 2025 – The 2025 Breeders’ Cup World Championships are set for this Friday and Saturday from Del Mark in California.

Racing fans and horseplayers will have several ways to watch and wager on all the action, including the 14 Grade 1 championship races.

Below is a list of the many ways to enjoy this year’s Breeders’ Cup.

At Woodbine Racetrack

Woodbine Racetrack will be opening early for simulcast coverage of racing around the world on Friday and Saturday, with both days featuring live racing at the Toronto racetrack and simulcast coverage from Del Mar.

Doors Open Friday – 11 a.m.
First-Race at Del Mar – 3:30 p.m.
First-Race at Woodbine – 4:30 p.m.
Breeders’ Cup Races Begin – 5:45 p.m.

Doors Open Saturday – 10 a.m.
First-Race at Woodbine – 12:50 p.m.
First-Race at Del Mar – 1:05 p.m.
Breeders’ Cup Races Begin – 3 p.m.

The Level 2 simulcast area will open immediately at the “doors open” time each day, while carrels on Level 3 open one-hour later and are available for reservation.

In addition to the regular race day dining options, the Turf Lounge on Level 2 will be open for Breeders’ Cup. For just $10, horseplayers receive a reserved seat, complimentary program, in-seat service and access to dedicated TVs with wagering.

At Woodbine Mohawk Park

The Racebook at Woodbine Mohawk Park will open on Friday and Saturday at Noon.

Live simulcast coverage of the Breeders’ Cup card from Del Mar, plus tracks around the world, will be available throughout the day.

Live racing will be offered both nights at the Campbellville oval. Post time is 6:35 p.m.

Racing fans can watch live coverage of the Breeders’ Cup on Sportsnet both Friday and Saturday beginning at 4 p.m.

Friday’s broadcast will air from 4-8 p.m. on Sportsnet 360, while Saturday’s coverage will air from 4-6 p.m. on Sportsnet 360 before shifting to Sportsnet+ streaming platform from 6-7 p.m.
