WATCH: 2025 Mohawk Million Slot Draw

MILTON, March 19, 2025 – Woodbine Entertainment is set to hold the slot draw for the 2025 Mohawk Million today at 1 p.m.

Mark McKelvie, Senior Manager of Communications, will host the live special with Jim Gillespie, Racing Secretary, and Jason Portuondo, AGCO Judge, conducting the draw.

This year’s $1 million Mohawk Million, scheduled for Saturday, September 20, attracted interest from 37 individuals/groups, up significantly from 21 in 2024.

With a total of 10 slots available for the Mohawk Million, each at a cost of $50,000, the interested parties were required to submit an initial $25,000 by February 18 to receive a spot in the slot draw.

The group of 37 will now be entered into an open draw to determine the 10 slot owners for this year’s race. All 37 individuals or groups have been assigned a number and each number will be represented by a ball in the draw.

The 10 slot owners selected from the draw will then have until June 2 to submit the remaining $25,000 of the $50,000 slot fee.
