Watch the Ricoh Woodbine Mile draw on Wednesday

TORONTO, September 12, 2023 – Woodbine Entertainment today announced the post-position draw for the Grade 1 Ricoh Woodbine Mile and all three of Saturday’s Grade 1 Woodbine’s Turf Champions Day races will be live streamed Wednesday (September 13) at 1 p.m.

The live broadcast will be available through Woodbine.com and feature the draws for the Grade 1 Ricoh Woodbine Mile, Grade 1 Johnnie Walker Natalma Stakes and Grade 1 bet365 Summer Stakes.

All three Grade 1 races are part of the Breeders’ Cup Challenge Series “Win and You’re In” and will be contested over the world-renowned E.P. Taylor Turf Course.

The Ricoh Woodbine Mile winner will be entitled to a fees-paid berth for the $2 million Breeders’ Cup Mile, to be run on November 4 at Santa Anita. The winner of the Johnnie Walker Natalma Stakes, for 2-year-old fillies, will be entitled to a fees-paid berth for the $1 million Juvenile Fillies Turf, while the winner of the bet365 Summer Stakes, for 2-year-olds, receives the same opportunity for the $2 million Juvenile Turf.

The prestigious Ricoh Woodbine Mile has been won many prolific turf stars, including two-time winner Wise Dan, Tepin and most recently Modern Games.
